Is there any way to get that back? i just bougt 20 million worth of stocks and my portfolio is empty . I guess the only way to get it back is to load a previous save if you have one. It seems to work fine as long as you’re connected to rockstar online service.

It’s a bug but I found a way to get around it, quick save before purchase, by 1 share of whatever your buying, check portfolio it will be empty , then by how ever many you want the second purchase will appear, you will lose the single one you bought but not a big deal since it’s just 1 share 🙂 Share.

6/6/2015 · Here’s what you should do: Go to the stocks you want to buy and buy just one share (the money for that share will be lost). Then go to your portfolio , and it will show: portfolio empty . Now go back to the stocks you want to buy and buy as many as you want. Now if you go again to your portfolio , the stocks you bought will all be there.
I remembered it the next day and checked their portfolios. Both of them were empty , I’m almost positive that the stocks are at the same level, and I’m a little less positive but I think the money I put in there is gone, too. I figured if it didn’t save, fine. But to be missing the money too kind of sucks.
If, when clicking the – button and there is no change in the dollar amount you’re investing (this is after you’ve held + to max it out), this is the signal that this bug is about to happen. Click the – button until you see the dollar amount going down, then click buy.
